After 3-plus years of hard work and planning, we’re incredibly excited to have bottled our first Hensley Family Vineyards Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon. Watching our entire product come together has been a tremendous experience. The bottling process went very smoothly. The team from Top It Off! was geared to go when it was time to tackle our brand, and in just 3 hours time, we had 4,740 bottles filled, corked, labeled and boxed. As Houston residents, the gorgeous Napa Valley weather was an added benefit to our day. It’s been a great journey, and we’ve only just begun.
